"The staff were great and helpful. The hotel was just not what I expected. It just seemed dirty and had a weird odor. The ceiling in our room was deteriorating, with cracks and spotty repair work. The laminate flooring was peeling. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained. The walls were stained and scraped up. The baseboards looked like they needed to be glued back on. Also it would have been nice to know that not all the rooms have a fridge and if you want a tiny mini fridge in your room, it’s extra. The shower curtain rod had been drilled in to the wall and shower tile multiple times. The beds are full, not queen size, and they were stained. The jacuzzi in the pool room was discolored and in worse than poor condition. The sink in the bathroom had brown liquid in it which looked and smelled of vomit. The sink was clogged as well, and required maintenance to repair it. The hotel looks appealing from the outside, but it’s bones or old and not well maintained. It should be noted that the walls are very thin and you can hear people talking and slamming their doors. The 3 star rating is very generous. "

"Perfect location within easy walking distance to Disneyland. We stayed in a double queen room on the 2nd floor midweek in April. Large room with larger than normal mini fridge allowing us to store breakfast items, drinks and a 1/2 gallon bottle of water. Room was quiet. No issues with parking. Air conditioner worked but was loud when running. Beds were comfortable with clean bedding and nice pillows. Room was clean and well maintained. Not much storage in the bathroom and water pressure was just ok. Plenty of hot water for showers in the morning. No breakfast was provided. Drinking Water available in the lobby in the afternoon/evening only. Coffee was provided in the lobby morning only, but was not put out until 7am. We did not get to try the rooftop restaurant/bar as it was closed for a private event the evening we tried to go."

"Hotel was very run down, wallpaper peeling off walls in hallway, lamps in our room were very loose, tv did not work, room key did not work either twice while we were there."
