"Great hotel! Walking distance to shopping, subway, Hakata station. 7-11 right across the street. It was the largest room we had at the end of the trip for our family of 4. There was a lot of room for all of us to lay out our luggage and then some. They did not charge us for having too many people either. "

"the main reason why i stayed here is because canal city. if you are not going to be spending a lot of time at canal city, there are other cheaper options around hakata station which is more convenient to get to the airport. the hotel room is decent albeit small in size, as with most metropolitan hotel. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was bigger than I expected for Japan, of course much smaller than American hotel rooms - but sufficient for my business purposes. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked nicely (Fukuoka was incredibly hot and humid, even in September, in 2024). I would definitely stay there again!"
