10/10 Excellent

"Nice hotel, room is small, not as big as it looks in the photos, the toilet area is tiny. Beds were big and comfortable though, we had the twin room, very quiet in the evening. We were on HB, breakfast and dinner were lovely, plenty of food, tasty. Private in-room hot spring was really good for us, as we were conscious about using the public one. The location is little bit out of the main towns but I would stay here again."

"An absolutely amazing stay in Hakone. The room was clean and tidy and oh so very spacious. The private onsen was a dream. The dinner and breakfast options I would highly recommend as there isn’t a lot of options around. Location is slightly inconvenient but that’s just small town life. However, this is a more modern ryokan than a traditional one which was fine with me. A great place to relax and wind down."
