"Very friendly and accommodating hosts. They prepared us an amazing 4 course meal for dinner and a beautiful breakfast. We played games after dinner and they helped with suggestions about what to do in the area. "
"The hotel is kids-friendly so I highly recommend this place for families who are looking for an onsen stay that welcomes children. The hotel itself is very big and offers various activities. I wish they could improve the traffic at the breakfast buffet. We had to wait for 10-15 mins but it's closed at 9am sharp which meant we had little time to enjoy our breakfast. Will definitely go back when we visit Nagono again."
