"We had a horrible experience with different places from hotel.com from the previous 24 hours until we got here and it was a breathe of fresh air. The place wasn't perfect but it was clean, the front desk was helpful, all staff was kind, the pool was clean, the bed was comfy. "Used as a place to stay while visiting Everglades, Biscayne Nat'l Park, and Shark Valley. Convenient location and close to nearby shops and restaurants. Tranquil grounds and very well kept house and property. Birds, Koi, and Turtles and two outdoor cats kept us and our kid well occupied - this was really a unique property! House was clean with good amenities (induction stove, plates, silverware, microwave, good wifi). Communication with management was very good via Expedia app. Would definitely stay again. "

"We rented this property a month before we were traveling to Miami. Day before our check in I text the property owner about not receiving any information to enter the property and many hours later they responded us saying that the booking is cancelled because they had problem with the swimming pool and they will refund our full money ( which we did not get) but only recieved a partial refund with no other communication. Again I ask them and their response is plain nothing. I also recieved a separate email from Expedia which basically explained me that they property owner accidentally did double booking and that is why they cancelled ours. With 10 people on a day before our checkin i was in key west looking for a new place to live and ended up paying extra money for that. Ofcourse they didn’t even refund fully the original amount not sure i should expect anything extra on top of it. Such an unprofessional service i received from the property owner and the Expedia."

"The sheets had hair, dirt, and unknown substances on them. The room smelled like a barn. I contacted staff immediately & was told the situation would be resolved TOMORROW - not then. It never was. They stopped answering texts and calls. Beautiful property outside, but room was a dump. "
