"Superb staff, all staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Food was exquisite too every meal was fab in the Orangery and the bar. Beautiful hotel, just a short walk from Pantiles or you can catch the bus downhill. My only criticism was the taxi service provided by the hotel, they charged us 8 pounds to take us down the road to Pantiles which was overpriced. We didn't use that taxi service again."

"I'm almost reluctant to write a review as this hotel is my hidden gem. It's my 3rd time staying and perfect for a local staycation. The outside will make you wonder if you're at the right place then once you step into the lobby you're transported. The hotel has everything you need at a reasonable price. Comfy rooms, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, bar and even garden loungers to enjoy the good weather. Remember to ask for a dressing gown if you plan on using a spa when you check-in at...
