"The young lady who checked us in on Saturday 28th June was superb. Very professional and friendly and set a lovely tone to the start of our trip. The honesty bar, although we didn't use it, was a lovely touch and the garden was lovely to sit out in."

"I stayed in a refurbished room which was decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Check in / out was simple and quick. Sadly though, room was unbelievably hot - even with windows open and the provided fan. No shower - only a bath, which I didn't spot on booking. Made it tricky to wash hair, as bath doesn't have shower attachment or taps! "
"We stayed here during a work trip. It was a great place to rest and spend time in the room. They have a bottom floor that’s underground that one of the staff put us in when we arrived early but was so appalling that we asked to change. The room we got was wonderful on the 1st floor, I don’t know if they see Expedia and just give you the worst room but it’s not the first time its happened in London. I also needed to upload 50gb and although the staff didn’t know how to help, we figured out...
"Perfect great staff. Food was very good breakfast was very good and it starts at 7am.
WIFI was good and plenty of free parking.
The rooms are not the biggest but they have everything you need water, coffee, tea, chocolate ,biscuits ,iron, tv. hair dryer, Fan and even a gun safe.
100% I would stay here again "
