"I come here very often and upon a last visit I had a jetted tub room. Tub was broken and staff was well aware. I was told it was last jetted tub room available and that I would be refunded for the inconvenience especially since it was our anniversary and I still haven't received it and that was in August "
"Everyone at the hotel-desk attendants to breakfast room manager--was very professional and courteous. Also, the hotel--although an older property--was clean and conveniently located--just off I94."

"I recently stayed at the historic Upjohn House Bed and Breakfast in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo, and it was a truly memorable experience. This beautifully restored mansion is decorated with charming period details that give it an elegant, old-world atmosphere while still offering modern comforts.
I stayed for two nights and loved how easy it was to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions downtown. I also attended a concert at Miller Auditorium, which was conveniently located...
