"There were two hairs on my bed"

"The fire alarm is located right outside of the bathroom sliding door. When you shower, the steam sets the alarm off. I called the front desk and was told it happens often. The alarm is very loud and disturbing."

"I was assigned room 1400 which had 2 showers. The walking shower didn’t drain when I used it and upon informing the hotel staff that it would be corrected, it wasn’t. Also, there was oil leaking out the the hydraulic box on the back of the door to the room. I informed the hotel staff about that as well and they let me know that it would be fixed. Although the oil was wiped from the door, the door didn’t open up all the way therefore we had to sort of squeeze our way in and out of the room. I also thought that I would receive a room with a balcony but alas, I didn’t. The bed was nice and the room was spacious. The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was courteous."

"The location couldn't be beat when attending a ball game. The staff was amazing. Noah and Audrey were some of the most helpful hotel staff we've encountered. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the setup of the room with the elevated bed. Amazing view of the trees. The roof top was awesome with pool table, games, a bar. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we selected the hotel for the hot tubs and they were not operating. Catbird should update their Expedia ad. Also, the staff could be friendlier."
