"Was told there was no airport shuttle but saw one outside of hotel after arriving. Staff is very friendly and prompt to contact you or say hello. Rooms are dated and a bit dark, but clean and functional. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is also dated, but clean and towels were always available."

One small peeve was the overpriced margarita at the outside bar. $19 is ridiculous. Other than these small personal issues, great hotel, great location, great stay."

"We had the best experience. The entire place is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. Everything was perfect. It is in a great location very close to all the shops and restaurants, and yet so peaceful and quiet. "

"The Olympic suite/cottage had an odd musty smell. The rugs needed to be cleaned as they kept shedding hair. At night, the bugs came out around the suite (must have been attracted to light). The primary bathroom toilet got stopped up after one use. The secondary toilet seat had a chip in it. Overall, while the suite's esthetic appeal/decor was nice, it needs a major deep cleaning and improved maintenance. While the staff attempted to address the smell, the other items did not become apparent until later in the evening before bed and the next morning prior to check out. I was thankful I only booked the room for one night. Maybe the other rooms are nicer."
