"I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to the whole team at The Kimpton Rowan for making this weekend the best it could’ve possibly be. Before even stepping foot into the hotel, I was already so well taken care of. My partner and I celebrated 10 years together and huge shout out and a big thank you to AHMED who helped me make our stay a little extra special for us. He helped me with a florist and an anniversary amenity to surprise my partner. He was quick to email me and provide me with any information I was asking for. Check in was as smooth as can be and the concierge-I didn’t get their name-was super sweet and gave us a surprise to get the celebration started early. When entering our room everything AHMED and I had been emailing back and forth about was in our room and my partner enjoyed the surprise I had arranged for him/us! Loved the morning coffee, snack break, and social hour they provided everyday in the lobby. Def took advantage of that. We left our car with valet and every time we texted them for our car it would be at the front no longer than 5 min later. The pool was pretty relaxing. The gym was nice and clean. Our room itself was so comfy we didn’t even want to leave it. Housekeeping refreshed our room, that’s always greatly appreciated. All in all definitely giving The Kimpton Rowan 100 out of 10 and will definitely be back! Thanks again to the whole staff and specially AHMED for being so attentive. "

"Favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. Smaller, less people than a larger hotel and no kids allowed which makes it a truly peaceful experience. Walking distance to everything. Outdoor space is kept immaculate. The rooms are large and decorated beautifully. Restaurant on premises is great food and they also have a bar. Would not stay anywhere else. "
