"I stayed at the hotel for a few days after being released from the hospital after surgery on a broken ankle. I stayed while waiting for my travel insurance to arrange transportation back home in the United States. The staff were all so nice and helpful since it was not easy for me to get around. Someone was always willing to help me fix a plate at breakfast since I was using a walker and could not carry anything. And they did it with a smile!"

"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. After the fifth call, we finally got the correct code and room munber"

"Apartment is wide. We found things as expectation except some bad matters. - Room is on the 4th floor but no lift! We had to move our 5 luggages and others on the narrow staircase. It’s very terrible experience. - Instructions for parking are not clear. They told us maybe parking fee and time limit but not clear how to read parking sign when and where can or cannot parking with fee or without fee. "Good location, walkable distance to restaurants and city center. Limited parking could be a problem for late check ins. Door codes were convenient, easy check in and entry.
