"The room was clean and comfortable. The service requests were answered by text. That did not make it more convenient, because after I phoned in a request for an iron, before I left, I still had to request an iron when I got there. Also the elevator was out of service or maybe there was no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor after a long and exhausting flight. Food is excellent. Overall it was a great stay."
