"Incredible hotel! There are steps to get inside, but if you’re in Italy you probably expect steps anyway. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We passed by the Duomo every time we were moving to our from the hotel. We even had a late check-in and they made it very easy, sending pictures and videos of what to do. It felt very safe. The rooms were very clean and well looked after and looked like they had had a Reno. we would definitely stay there again. Our only comment would be the initial entry is very Sketchy looking and not very clean. Once you get up to the floors of the hotel, it is fine."

"Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. "This place feels more like an Airbnb, in a quiet residential area and a 10-15 minute walk to the museums. The staff and the lady (who seems like the owner) are very nice and helpful. Our room is super large and clean, with beautiful paintings on the ceiling which feels very classic. And we loved the ancient elevator the you need to operate yourself. One thing we would prefer is to provide more variety on breakfast. But again, the breakfast room is beautiful."
