"Great service as always. We dine here and have drinks quite often however this time it was for my birthday. Receptionist was kind enough to offer early check (at a cost) which is fine as it was nearly 3 hours before the usual check in, so that the room could be decorated. "Quebec’s is a stunning red brick building dating back to the early 19th Century with ornate carvings and beautiful stained glass windows. Inside, sweeping staircases and chandeliers give a feeling of grandeur.

"Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue.
Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door."

"Second stay at this hotel, so it must be good! We had another enjoyable stay, and would return again! Staff helpful and pleasant. Room spacious and clean with kettle and refreshments. Comfy bed, clean towels, shampoo and body wash, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, safe and TV. Everything one needs! Excellent breakfast, and about a 15 minutes walk into the City Centre. Car Parking available at the hotel too for an extra cost."

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was large and bright and clean. It had lovely toiletries and robes. We slept comfortable and enjoyed the room. The location is excellent although the hotel does not have a car park. Check in and check out can all be done remotely and the hotel are happy to look after cases.
