"Avoid this property. I booked this property based on the reviews I had read on Expedia. We'll those positive reviews are misleading. This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no. Another person staying in another room gave us theirs. Secondly, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. For a non-smoking room it smelled like someone regularly smokes in...

"Ok but I was glad it was only for one night- as a lone traveller I did not feel super safe as the entry to the rooms was via rear unattended door off the parkng lot a long way from the lobby. No safe in room was a big issue."

"The bed was fine. It was ok. But the main reason for staying there is that that when I toggled the Expedia website, my only request was for an early pickup to the Airport. Upon arriving, they said they couldn’t do it, even though there was a shuttle parked up front. But they said they could get a taxi in the morning no problem. Morning came. The guy couldn’t do it. Fortunately another guest let us drive back to the rent a car place at the airport."

"Jorge will and James ARE my absolute favorites although i’m not quite sure why, but it will be a mission of mine to figure it out because I will literally drive myself crazy until I do. I’m pretty sure that girl up there that works at the front desk. Just don’t like me for some reason and I don’t like that I’m a pretty likable person so it’s gonna drive me nuts until I figure it out just know that chick at the front desk."

"The hotel was very recently acquired and renamed by Hilton. Some elements were not functioning, such as the room safe and the TV. I did find the combined washer/dryer useful. The staff was sparse but friendly, and the room comfortable."

"Plenty of Parking, clean room and friendly and helpful staffs. I left my phone charger and cord in the room when I checked out. Called staff for help, Jesus in day shift was very helpful to look and check then called back the next day to tell me the process of his facility handling lost and found. Really appreciate his help. Jason was friendly helpful and welcoming when we checked in and checked out."

"Went out there on a work trip and they did not return deposit to my company card because they said rooms not like smoke neither me or my wife smoke called to speak with Matt to manager who I spoke with while I was there and he seemed like a cool guy but called him five times to get a hold of him in regards to the situation and never got her call back. I will never stay there again. I had to come out of my back his money for the deposit"

"If you're coming for the "pool", you will be very disappointed. The photos of this place are VERY misleading. The pool is the size of a jacuzzi and is filthy brown color, not blue like the photos. The place is very outdated/falling apart and rooms are TINY!! The A/C didn't work properly and we were hot and uncomfortable all night. Cleanliness was meh. Hair on the pillows and in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was pretty bland and didn't have cream cheese or bagels or a pancake maker. The Lobby...
