"Amazing Location, Wonderful Staff, and a Peaceful Stay We had an amazing stay at Luzeiros Suites! The location was excellent—far enough away from the noise and busy streets of the city to feel peaceful, yet still incredibly convenient for exploring Lisbon. The hotel is also relatively close to the airport, and the city center is about a 1.5-mile walk away, which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. One of the best features, however, was the subway station literally right in front of the hotel entrance. It made getting around Lisbon extremely convenient. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, as well as two grocery stores on the same block, which was perfect whenever we needed to grab something quickly. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We arrived around 9:00 AM, and unfortunately, our room was not ready yet. However, the staff was kind enough to hold our luggage for us so we could start touring the city without having to worry about our bags. That level of service was greatly appreciated. We did purchase the breakfast package, but unfortunately, we weren't overly impressed with the selection. The coffee machine, however, was excellent! If we stay here again, I would probably skip the breakfast package and instead grab coffee and breakfast at one of the cafés around the corner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Luzeiros Suites. The excellent location, convenient transportation, quiet surroundings, and friendly staff made it a great choi"

"Staff was great. Bar area was good to sit and relax. Room was tightly spaced and could use some renovation. The tub in the bathroom room was not draining fast enough. They had to fix it the next day. Pool was out of service for the year which was my fault for not reading it while booking."

"Ok so the hallways were a little dirty and elevators took long this time to go down. The lady who cleaned our room also forgot to remove used Coca Cola cans from our fridge. Other than that, the front desk team was super helpful as always and the hotel’s location is great as bus stops are in front, the metro is like a 5 min walk and not to mention the property is close to the airport."
