"The hotel room was very clean and a great size. The staff were very polite and helpful, they held onto our bags on our last day so we could do more site seeing. The food on the premises was amazing and a great price. The pool was great and am looking forward to returning to try the massages on offer. I really can't think of any improvements it was amazing. "The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing.On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and...
