"Very expensive and very very basic. Would have at least expected a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room… . Had to pay almost $10 for 2 bottles of water just to have something to drink . Valet parking was $48. Self park was $40. Pricey in addition to the $300 ish cost of the basic room. Would not go back"

"This is my second time staying here,the first time was great no complaints.this time was different.The WiFi wasn’t working we were told by the front desk it was “running slow” 2 hours later still nothing.We called a customer service number and was told to contact the front desk and they would fix it well the man behind the counter was very rude about the whole situation. The next morning I talked to a manager she was great and took care of the situation. The hotel itself was great but not so much customer service"

"We got a room on the corner of the building and it was so big and pretty. It was very clean. The room said 1 bed but it also had a couch with a pullout bed. Breakfast was good and free. Parking can be expensive. Felt safe here despite lots of homeless people downtown."
