"The host was superb and very accommodating to our needs. We needed to stay another night and he graciously made room for us. He helped us locate restaurants, bus stops and Exeter sites. And he was a pleasant conversationalist. He always made us feel welcome."
"Very lovely stay in Exeter for 2 nights at the start of our Devon/Cornwall trip. Friendly staff! Great spa with a deal for hotel guests. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Right in the middle of everything. We will stay here again without even looking elsewhere if we come back this way. We loved Exeter!"

"The property was ideally suited for the Railway station and bus services plus a handy Wetherspoons just down the road the room I was in was road facing but not a problem it was nice and compact and a very comfortable bed, the full English breakfast I had was delicious plus facilities the hosts were lovely can’t fault anything I would definitely stay here again. 👍"
