"It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. "Really nice hotel near the city centre. Very short walk away from train stations (Exeter Central and Exeter St David's) and the cathedral. The room was a great size and very clean. There was also some complimentary port and flapjacks which was a lovely surprise when we arrived. The breakfast was really tasty and decently priced (£15 for a cooked breakfast, unlimited hot drinks, and a small continental breakfast buffet). Only negative for me was that it was sometimes quite hard to find a member...
