"What a beautiful location! Lovely hotel in a perfect spot. The staff were all so freindly and helpful, especially the extremely polite dark haired gentleman at the bar when we arrived. He took the trouble to show me to the room and explained everything. The breakfast was also very good, great choice and lovely to sit with a view of the Abbey. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend."

"Breakfast was good, Staff where also good but for 1 person who came in and said "you have not paid for 1 breakfast" while we where eating which put us off and got a little embarrassed while there where other guest. it was a strange behavior could be racial issue ?, they allowed all 4 of us into the hall, they could have indicated then?... strange but i guess that is how they treat people who are non-white ? , The day was very hot there was a fan facing us which was removed when 4 of us where...

"Quirky stay in Tunbridge Wells. The theme is fun and throughout the restaurant and hotel- decorations, staff uniforms, music and menu options. Lots of parking right outside. Food was lovely. The breakfast had unlimited coffee and juices and lots of options. The only downside was we went in the heatwave and the only thing available was a small desk fan so the heat was unbearable in the room so we slept really badly, could do with additional larger fans in the rooms"

"A lovely traditional pub within striking distance of many beautiful places. The food was always great particularly the breakfast and came out wonderfully hot and on hot place which is so often an issue in other hotels. It's lovely to sit out in the garden and we were staying while the World Cup and Wimbledon were on and it was easy to catch the games in the evening but also lots of space to get away from the action. All in all if you're looking for perfection and a name brand hotel for your...

"Lovely hotel great good in the restaurant. Had to wait ages for our dessert I think they forgot. Nothing around nearest pub is a good 20 minute walk away. Nice gardens to sit in and have a drink at the hotel. Dog friendly too"
