"The staffs at the entrance were very kind. They approached us when we looked like having difficulty finding a taxi and offered us to find a taxi for us. Further, after check out, my wife was not feeling well and was resting at the sofa in the hotel public area and they again approached us and provided us with various assistance."
"This is the first time in 25 years I stayed in a hostel. It far exceeded my expectations. I started in a 4 person so female dorm. Or bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly. I had their breakfast one morning which was better nice. It includes Selection of meat, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, eggs and two coffee machines. The lobby is very trendy and conducive to hanging out. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it. I was having alone. "

Very clean - great showers and hot water. On a quiet street in an excellent location of Madrid. Close to everything but no outside noise. Two elevators, so no long waits. Roof terrace is cool. The room I was in and the common areas were spacious so it didnt feel cramped. I read the story about the background of the hostel...
