"Another great experience staying in Europe! The staff were very nice from the start. They made excellent use of limited space, especially the coffee and snack station on each floor, which was both eye-opening and unique. We really loved how clean and well-organized everything was. "The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me.
