"Very loud, all night long loud voices and bad acoustics - felt like people were walking and talking in my room - couldn’t sleep much. Very restless place, no staff seen at all in 3 days, and people were for example drinking vodka in the kitchen in the middle of the day, and it wasn’t even weekend. Room was much smaller than in the pictures. Entrance was a messy backyard of some restaurants."

"If you're looking for a quiet spot to rest your head prior to boarding a cruise ship this is the place! Right near the metro station and harbour taxi and shuttles to the cruise ports. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in dining room was good too. Would stay again if ever back in Copenhagen. "
