"I needed a place to spend the night in Catania before taking a bus to Milazzo, and Palazzo Bicocca was perfect. The rooms are clean and have everything you need and its within a quick walk to so many great restaurants and my favorite wine bar."

"The room was clean and felt very safe. The property is a little hidden away and I loved that because it was very quiet to catch a nap after the long flight. The AC was a god send in the summer heat. The staff communicated fast and clearly when I had a little issue finding the right elevator. It was absolutely my fault for not reading carefully, and they guided me right away. 10/10 would stay again when I'm in town. "
"Our room was BEAUTIFUL!! I loved the painted ceiling and the jacuzzi tub. The staff was responsive and easy to contact as needed. They even helped arrange the taxi to the airport. We really liked this property!!"
"This hotel is newer and in a nice location, within walking distance of many eating areas and shopping. The only drawback currently is they’re working on the road so it can be a little noisy, but other than that everything was great and the staff were welcoming. "

"Meillä oli iso, korkea huone ja ihana pieni parveke. Mukava sänky. Tunnelma oli kuin vanhassa palatsissa, mutta kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Turvallinen ja hiljainen ympäristö, mutta ravintolat jo kulman takana ja kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin vain kävelymatka. Upea aamiainen huoneeseen tuotuna. Ja mikä palvelu! Uskomatonta ystävällisyyttä koko vierailumme ajan. Parempaa paikkaa emme olisi voineet löytää. Se ylitti kaikki odotuksemme."
