"Great stay for a family of 3, King bed with a pull out couch, comfy beds, good blackout drapes, easy check in, very clean new hotel and lobby, pool and hot tub area was nice and clean, good location, easy to find, parking was easy, friendly staff, close to Walmart and tons of restaurants (handy after a long day of travel). We only stayed 1 night and left before breakfast so did not get a chance to try that. Would recommend!"

"Great location, staff, room"

"It took them 30min extra to clean the room we were gonna stay in and while we were waiting two cops came in with a warrant for someone. Once we finally got checked in we noticed that the shower was lined with black mold and the refrigerator was gross. The following morning there was hardly anything to eat at their “breakfast bar” other than pre-wrapped pieces of bread to make toast or the half working malt waffle maker. The AC unit in that room was also smashed. The indoor pool wasn’t available and the workout room was filled with storage boxes. It looked like a room from a hoarder’s house. Our hotel room door didn’t even fully latch so you had to use the dead bolt when inside and had to take all of your belongings out with you when you left. The hotel faintly stank of cigarettes and mildew. Overall I am quite disgusted by this joke of a hotel. It’s quite a shame how bad this represents the hotel branch as a whole."

"The breakfast is a joke absolutely nothing worth writing home about, nothing really edible.. no protein or any kind, no fruit.. NOTHING, they should not call it a breakfast I’d say snack bar if anything. Probably shouldn’t even mention it in the booking. The shuttle was a nightmare, specially today when I was trying to make a call to get to the airport there is a huge disconnect from the front desk to the shuttle driver. There’s no schedule after 11:20am and apparently the driver had NO idea. Noise complaints are blatantly ignored, it was 2 and the person above me sounded like they were literally moving furniture. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.."

"I called a few times to inquire about early check-in and the shuttle services and the receptionist on the phone was very condescending. We also were unable to hold our bags at the hotel after check-out so we had to go to the airport and basically wait there all day. We were able to do it Friday before check-in with no issues, so this was clearly lack of effort on behalf of the staff. The lobby is also under renovations and looks kind of rough. The shuttle services were great and so were the breakfast options. The room was very clean and had everything needed, but I would not choose to stay here again."

"The room was great except the handle on my toliet fell off 😂. Still worked you just had to take the lid off to flush. But the staff were fantastic. I told them right away and they were worried cause maintenance was out till Monday, but it was okay cause I was checking out in a few hours. They were sweet and accommodating. Room was clean and nice. Quite"

"I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off ."
