"My room was absolutely lovely - fan on and window open ready for me on what was a very hot day. Very clean, comfortable and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Dinner excellent as was the breakfast. EV charger most welcome too. "

"Wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The red room was so nice that we stayed in the. It would benefit from some drawers for you to put items in everything had to go at the bottom of the wardrobe with the shoes underneath. The bed is superking and was really comfortable but the pillows were not great they were standard size and if they upgraded them to feather king size pillows and somewhere to put smaller items the room would be perfect. "A return visit to this lovely old Inn. A different and larger room with a very comfortable bed, decent sized shower unit and good complimentary tray and toiletries. Great choices for breakfast and the evening menu was also varied with 'specials' evenings. Friendly and welcoming. Pretty town to explore with good architecture. Car parking a short walk but not extortionate. Have MiPark as your app so no need to get up before 8 am to feed the parking meter. Excellent value"

"The room was very nice, large flatscreen TV, nice little porch seating area in front of my room. I did not use the pool, but it is heated. There is a train line that goes by that you can hear, but it did not bother me. In addition to a free continental breakfast, they will make to order breakfast, depending on the time for a charge. I had two very minor issues but they were resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this property."
