"As annual guest I was a little disappointed that standards have slipped. Firstly no communication was provided on the closed event being held with clear instructions on the event organisers to maintain access to guests. No food or drink was available. Secondly the building is clearly showing maintenance issues with water coming into the building leading to damp smelling common areas. The room although nice was again lacking on maintenance.
