"Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"Absolutely stunning property which can accommodate a solo business traveler of a whole family. Amazing location and a stones throw away from the beach and other amenities. The host was very helpful and I couldn't fault my stay at all. I would strongly recommend this property having stayed there numerous times for work and business."

"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "Large room and excellent bathroom. Staff cheerful and friendly. The service at breakfast was particularly good and that seems to be unusual now in our experience. We have stayed here before when exploring the area and came this time for an overnight stay before joining a cruise. It is good value and has lots of amenities should guests wish to use them."

"Lovely staff, lovely room, only thing that let the hotel down was the other guests who were noisy in the hallway, were rude dropping doors closed on a wheelchair user, or came to breakfast unwashed and wearing inappropriate nightwear. Perhaps the hotel management could consider a 'no service if wearing nightwear' rule?"

"Perfect location for a stay close to family who live in Southsea. Everything we needed, including a bar to relax for an hour before bed. Free coffee and water in reception was awesome. All amenities on the doorstep in a wonderful safe environment. I would stay here every time."
