"Very clean, nice renovated rooms, cool location.
However —Big negative is that restaurant reception is super unhelpful, you never get a table and they do always ask to wait one hour…. All this despite being regular having stayed 50x there - especially on weekends with family super unhelpful and rude… even when place is empty they do not let you in… in sum the hotel should urgently fix this as not top hotel style."

"This small luxury hotel is nestled right near Times Square and within walking distance to other nearby landmarks. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free breakfast during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Room felt more like a full apartment than a hotel suite, which was nice. Hotel staff was friendly. I wish there were toothbrushes in the room; we needed dental kits and it took several calls to the front desk to get them."

"Fantastic hotel. Excellent staff. Enjoyed the stay.
Once the Dominick gets their elevator situation fixed, I will book a stay here again next time I’m in Manhattan.
The pool area could use more space as well."
