"We stayed at Mai Tai Express for one night before a cruise. The hotel is no frills but fit our needs perfectly. Check in was easy, the room was comfortable, and we were a short walk from the ship. There was even a place to have breakfast fight next door. I would definitely recommend it for cruise passengers."

"Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. "The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good. My only concern was my credit card which was master card did not work it was not my card but their system. We tried the card twice then finally used my visa which went through. Later finding out the other card actually worked and I was charged three times for the same breakfast. "The room was clean, but had many many bugs. Which I did not mind much due to the location on the hotel being more in the forest. The area where the kitchenette is and for outdoor relaxing is covered in dog poop. I found this to be unsanitary."
