"I did a lot of research to find the perfect hotel our first two nights in NYC, and I think this was exactly what we wanted. Mostly for the view from our room. It was beyond amazing. The room was also clean and modern. Bed was comfy. It felt safe and wifi worked. Bathroom and shower were great. Location was easily walkable to the subway. They stored our luggage so that was a plus since we arrived in the morning but had to wait til 4pm for check in. I'm not sure about the other rooms, but if their prices don't get too crazy get the superior corner city view room, it was spectacular, that's why I stayed here for that room. Loved it and so glad I found this hotel out of the zillions in Manhattan. We didn't want to check out of that room. I'm letting the secret out on this gem. Hopefully it doesn't get more exorbitant than it already is as I'll be back one day if stays affordable. Get that room, it's epic!"

"Room was nice and spacious for the Lower East Side. Very comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Some noise outside due to rooftop bars, but manageable. This is my go to place whenever I come through NYC"

"The location was phenomenal - in close proximity to so many great restaurants, shops and attractions. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the room, particularly the mattress was absolutely terrible (super thin and bouncy) and the bed was very small. The rooms look modern from the pictures but they weren't in reality. The size of the rooms was decent though for Manhattan. "
