"Good hotel "

"I could not sleep the first night. It was so hot and there is no individual room temperature control. It’s really not ok, especially at the price you pay! Just because 69 is good for some, doesn’t mean it’s good for everyone! I was trying to get it lower to no avail. In addition the shower bath water was not going down. When you are showering the water is standing, which is disgusting. This needs fixing asap!"

"Rooms were nice enough. Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Be aware that other guests may be staying at this reasonably-priced hotel long term through insurance and, consequently, treat the hotel as poorly as their own home. Non-stop noise, slamming doors, garbage and belongings placed out in the hall and marijuana smoking were encountered through the night. Police were called but desk clerk took pity on them and didn’t have the police remove them. "

"The property and staff were great. The people staying beside me were very loud, rowdy, and disrespectful. I felt the staff did nothing for this issue."

"Room was clean, but this is an older hotel that could use some remodeling. Aside from older decor, our shower curtain rod was loose and there wasn’t a drain in the tub. My son was locked out of the room and stranded on the balcony. He had his keycard, but it did not work. The biggest issue was the fight that broke out at 1 am on our hall among guests. It sounded like 10+ people in the hallway. Lots of shouting and vulgar language. There were security guards downstairs, but they did not seem to be doing anything about the fight on the second floor. One person called the front desk and was told the police had been called. No one apologized for the disturbance. I would not stay here again."

"MASSIVE disruptions all night by rowdy people and was NEVER resolved by management. Call front desk twice to no avail. Had to deal with ourselves. Had ZERO sleep. Talked with other guests in the am and they got zero sleep due to the disrurbances as well. Will NEVER stay here or st any other location ever again. Stay elsewhere, tons of better places in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND. "
