"We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. "

"No hot water in the shower, we went to ask at the front desk and they said that they were having issues with the water heater. We left early one of the days leaving a little bag of trash at the right side of our door so the cleaning service employees can pick it up and the bag stayed there for the entire day. We asked for cleaning service in our room and nobody showed up for the entire day, we were only there for 3 days two night and our experience wasn't good at all."

"Mold smell in room was horrible. No elevator ( still broken) no bar no restaurant. Website deceiving. Do not stay here"

"🙂"

"It needs an update and a better mattress."

"We did not like the property at all. It was very dirty. Bathroom tub had grime on the sides. Floor had lots of hair from previous renters. Living room does not have AC so it was very hot. Day bed "white" cover was dirty, floors and bacony dirty. There was a small pool in the courtyard, host said we needed to pay $30 if want to swim in it. So we did not as it seemed riduculous. Extremely loud fan in the bathroom. It came on when you turn the lights on. Ac in the bedroom was so loud, we could not...
