"Beautiful property overlooking ocean. Enjoyed the artwork throughout the property. Excellent breakfast in the garden. Loved the neighborhood too. Only odd thing was being charged for a couple of bottles of water. Everywhere else we stayed in Peru bottled water came with the room."

"This hotel is located in a traditional house of the old Lima. It is beautifully kept. The staff is incredible. Ice and helpful. The breakfast excellent with local produce, fresh fruits, marmalades and other dishes. A real pleasure to wake up to that every day. We took as a rage a couple times of the rooftop with cocktails and a light meal. "Fabulous stay in this lovely bed and breakfast! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, delicious coffee, eggs to order and the most divine pancakes with banana and caramel. Easy walk to the shops, beach overlooks and beautiful parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fresia was especially wonderful! Would definitely stay again! "
