"we loved the property . gorgeous lanscape and views . pleasant personnel , felt very safe. cabins are very nice designed . walls are very thin and you can hear all the wildlife outside and the rain . didnt mind that and fortunately it was very cool at night so we werent hot (no AC). the doors werent well sealed so we did have several spiders coming in but nithing major. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in a bungalow at Hotel Tangara Arenal. The bungalow was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and the lush tropical trees surrounding it gave us privacy. We felt like we were on our own private retreat. For our free breakfast, the Tangara offered a breakfast menu with several great choices. We were really impressed with that! We also ate at the restaurant the first night and the seafood pasta was excellent. We had a great experience at the Hotel...

"This place is an absolute gem. If you’re considering taking a moment away in the jungle to be with nature, live on a farm, eat amazing food, try different spa treatments, hike, yoga; this is the place! I stayed farm side which was cool at night. It’s a short hike or shuttle ride to the hotel part where dinner or spa activities are. You will not be disappointed. I’m going back and I can’t wait to experience it again. "
