"The only bad thing was, there is a private residence right next door. They were VERY loud at night, with loud music and singing. Depending on which side of the building your rental is you will hear it. I stayed at this property before a different side of the building and I didn’t hear them. "We had such an amazing stay at Sosúa by the Sea! If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly hotel where you can truly relax, this is the place. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is so calm. I personally loved that there wasn’t a loud club on the property—it made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time with my family. I want to give a huge thank you to Randy at the bar. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Another special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond by decorating both of our rooms with balloons—one for my son’s birthday and one for my fiancé’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made both celebrations feel extra special. The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. They surprised us with a personalized birthday cake, and both the staff and fellow guests sang Happy Birthday. It was such a heartfelt moment that we’ll never forget. The kindness and effort everyone put into making our family feel celebrated meant so much to us. From the beautiful scenery to the outstanding hospitality, our experience exceeded our expectations. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at Sosúa by the Sea for making our trip so special! ❤️"

"Anton Reef provided wonderful accommodations for an 11-day trip. The room was clean and spacious, and was cleaned to perfection daily; I regret not having the opportunity to thank the young lady in person on the day of departure. Fantastic staff were polite and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Mr. A.G., speaks impeccable English, on top of being an accomplished engineer; he was kind enough to spend a substantial amount of time speaking to me. The building, despite being near the main drag (Pedro Clisante), was much less noisy than expected; however, the very central location still allowed for relatively short walks to the beach and supermarket. 5/5; would not hesitate to stay here again in the future."
