"I would not stay at this property again. The rooms were very small. I had to put one of our 2 large suitcases in the bathroom. The walls were thin so you could hear noise from other rooms and from the bar outside the hotel. We were on the fifth floor. We had a problem with the room being cold and we’re told that the heat is turned off this time of year. The room was not well lit. Lighting was an issue. Housekeeping did a good job except for the coffee service. We stayed five nights and they forgot to leave coffee pods or left us 2 pods/2 cups (1 decaf and 1 regular) per day. There were no amenities and the hotel did not provide any simple “we care about you” extras (e.g. cookies). Not worth the price."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Larger than most European rooms. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was undergoing a remodeling of the reception area, but it did not interfere too much. Highly recommend."

"Location couldn't be better, room is large, quiet (our room faced an internal garden) and well equiped. Lobby offers a generous 24 hours supply of complimentary hot drinks and water. Only drawback is the awful 70s decor of the room. If you can disregard it, it's a great hotel."
