Overall the hotel was very clean and staff were welcoming and helpful! The breakfast buffet had a great range of options and the rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding! The only thing that we missed was a waterslide but this hotel is a top choixe, even without it!

The reason we stayed at the hotel was to use the pool for my children. Unfortunately when we checked in. The pool wasn’t working and the staff asked us to use the next door hotel pool. We didn’t want to do that. It meant going outside and walking outside with wet hair. Unfortunately not a good idea ...

The main area of the room (9th floor) was spacious but the bathroom is tiny! Elevators were packed at check-in/check-out times (allow for at least a 10 minute wait.
