Lovely property. Great location. Clean, very comfortable property. Was able to purchase early check in with short notice. Had trouble with code to check in but after a quick phone call with the host it was resolved. Similar issue with WiFi. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay!! Close to everything we wanted to see around edinburgh. Buses are close and a lot of restaurants all around amazing! It was clean and very specious, only small downfall was that there is a restaurant right next to the apartments and they would throw glass bottles and it would make a pretty loud noise so if you might be a light sleeper ear bugs will be your friend! If you are a tight sleeper don’t worry! I personally couldn’t hear the bottles being thrown at night but my friend who isn’t such a tight sleeper could hear it through the night. Otherwise I will 100% stay here again when i am coming back to edinburgh! I definitely recommend, extremely well managed and the check in is absolutely easy going!

Excellent location, can walk to most sites or transportation within a few blocks. Easy access to get to the flat. Grocery stores within a block in a few different directions. Lots of restaurants close by too. The place is very clean, good size, and is updated. Has a fridge, stove top, oven, microwave and washing machine. No dryer but they have a drying rack in the closet that we used and our clothes dried over night. Only bad thing is the WiFi is not the greatest and is spotty or very slow most of the time.

My biggest “surprise” for this property was the entrance via a lane way. Be warned that the laneway is a common area also used by local restaurants to store their dumpsters! So as long as you’re okay walking by trash every day to get to the entrance, the property is fine. Also, the property consists of 3 apartments which you enter via a stairway. Apartment 1 is on the first floor which means you need to climb a flight of stairs to get it. I was given apartment 3 which means I had to carry over 120+ lbs of luggage for my wife and myself up 4 flights of stairs! So if you’re not fit, be warned! Once in the apartment, the space itself was very good. It was newly renovated and it even had a washer to wash your clothes. The bathroom does suffer from no hooks to hang your towels and a shortage of counter space. Management… please add a few hooks for wet towels!

The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. The bathroom was surprisingly large and nicely decorated in a modern style which was a very pleasant change from other places we had stayed. The only negative point is that access was by way of a staircase which could be difficult with large suitcases.

Really friendly and efficient team who communicated regularly before and throughout our stay. Apartment spotless with everything you need. Tiny niggles - would benefit from additional lighting outside the entrance to the building . Sockets not near the mirrors so not ideal for those who use a hairdryer and straighteners. Bedside lamps weren’t charged but plenty other lightening so not an issue. These really are tiny niggles and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Edinburgh. To the Team - thank you again and please keep the cost as is and not follow the Edinburgh circus of crazy prices for a stay.

Сама квартира очень удобная и чистая, отличная кровать, прекрасно оборудованная кухня, удобный душ. Находится на третьем этаже. Но вход в здание через задворки пабов и огромное количество мусорных баков, мы приехали в час ночи и впечатление было не из лучших. Но не для таких впечатлительных это не должно быть проблемой. Для центра города - все в пешей доступности - очень удобно
