Excellent location, can walk to most sites or transportation within a few blocks. Easy access to get to the flat. Grocery stores within a block in a few different directions. Lots of restaurants close by too. The place is very clean, good size, and is updated. Has a fridge, stove top, oven, microwave and washing machine. No dryer but they have a drying rack in the closet that we used and our clothes dried over night. Only bad thing is the WiFi is not the greatest and is spotty or very slow most of the time.

The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. The bathroom was surprisingly large and nicely decorated in a modern style which was a very pleasant change from other places we had stayed. The only negative point is that access was by way of a staircase which could be difficult with large suitcases.

Lovely property. Great location. Clean, very comfortable property. Was able to purchase early check in with short notice. Had trouble with code to check in but after a quick phone call with the host it was resolved. Similar issue with WiFi. Would definitely stay again.
