"The reception staff is amazing but the room service is horrible. We called to clean our room and to have coffee and water twice but never done. Take care when doing checkout and verify everything detail. When i did my checkout they told me that i have a balance to pay xxx euros but when checking my bank i found 2 operations and till now they don’t answer my mail to send me detailed receipt or to make my refund 😳😳😳😳"

"What an incredible refuge in Barcelona! The location is perfect. We were adjacent to the Gothic Quarter, and across from the yacht harbor. Spectacular. Above all, the service level was shockingly great. We were treated like royalty - not like indulgent Americans, but like appreciated family. We could not have possibly asked for anything more. The experience was gracious, patient, upscale and luxurious. Thank you for supplying an excellent home base for us in your beautiful city!"

"Fantastic location at the bottom of La Rambla. We were in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment that was very large. The wrap around balcony was HUGE! Great place to have wine and watch the sunset. Great view of the Mediterranean and the mountains, including a great view of La Sagrada Família. Very comfortable, and includes a washer for clothing, no dryer though. We hung our clothes on the balcony to dry. The only complaint I would have is that there were a LOT of flies in the bathrooms. ...

"Got to the place very tired after a long flight…..room was hot….and the thermostat was set very warm. Requires a key to drop the temp. My wife found a room attendant who immediately told her that as soon as we paid her….she would drop the temp but not u til she got some cash. iPad it as needed air….Wife was appalled and wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed"

"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"Not a 4 star facility. It’s undergoing renovations, has a leaky sink, and subfloor is sinking in. Upstairs pool area was dirty and not well kept with dirty floors and tables. The apartment/hotel room was very clean and towels were fluffy. The bed was good. Reception men were nice. The room was relaxing. However, the place is 2.5-3 stars. It is unimpressive and feels like a tear down. I feel deceived by price and reviews. I overpaid because of it."

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. Also, the wait staff...

"Beautiful design, good size rooms and the loveliest bathroom. Such a lovely hotel, very well located and the rooftop pool has a great view. An extra seat in the room would have been a plus, and a well stocked mini bar. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we’d stayed longer!"

"Meget hjælpsomt personale. Rigtig fin beliggenhed ift. transport og by og strand. Hyggelig pool og tagterrasse og bar. Superior værelse ok men for dyrt til standarden da sengen er lidt hårdt og kun 1 fælleslagen. Badeværelse med ikke-lydtæt glasdør så alt ‘deles’. Altan ok, men lidt træt og ingen udsigt. Dejlig aircon og mørklægning og roligt værelse pånær døre på gangen der smækker hårdt om natten. Morgenmad ok især den friske frugt."

"Location is great, but construction right in front of the door, not able to keep door opened being the only source of light, kind of dark room. AC very noisy, cannot sleep if you keep it over night."
