"We were disappointed that the air conditioning was poor, and it’s only April. At 9.30 pm we needed to call for the engineer to fix 2 rooms and to turn of the radiators in both bedrooms ( we couldn’t achieve ourselves). It would appear that some of the hotel air conditioning has been upgraded but sadly not ours. The hotel was responsive but we wished it hadn’t been necessary."

"Unfortunately, La Ramblas was under construction during our stay making it quite loud and somewhat distracting from the charm and nostalgic views we had expected from this central location. The hotel itself and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and the breakfast was a great start to the day."
