"Stayed at Malmaison Newcastle for a business trip and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The Quayside location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of freshly cooked options alongside a buffet offering pastries, fresh fruit, granola and hot drinks. Friendly staff and a smooth check-in made for a hassle-free stay. Would happily stay again."

"I was here for a brief work stay; however, I found the location really well placed not only to get to my work event but also to have a quick trip into the historical parts of the city to eat and unwind. The staff were lovely and helpful, though a small downside (not the hotel's fault) is that the building is old and has some crazy numbering systems - the first time finding my room was an adventure!"
