"The air conditioning in the hotel was not working, which I was not told until discovering it for myself in my room. I was offered a fan, but this was inadequate as the room had windows that only opened a few inches and was facing a busy road. "Two night stay in a seemingly smart hotel with great golfing and spa facilities, However, there are disappointing signs of tiredness including a shower tray with ingrained dirt, and threadbare, ripped sheets.
