"This hotel never fails to deliver. From the warm welcome to the moment you leave. The hotel has everything. The staff cannot do enough for you. Our waiter Jinsen was so attentive and enjoyed making sure every visit to the restaurant was great. Michael who serviced our room had such attention to detail. There’s was nothing out of place, even noticing it was our anniversary by the cards we opened and left us a surprise on our return. We will certainly return to this hotel. Incredible experience"
