"I read a number of the negative reviews (after I had booked) and arrived at the hotel with anticipation of being disappointed. I am glad to say we had a lovely stay. Food was good, staff helpful, it is a lovely setting. I stayed in the river view suite and the room was great. Design good and lots of space. There is a lovely walk along the river. Additional ones were given on request. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours but needs reservation and the van is small. Taking the shuttle from the airport on arrival would need prior arrangement. We were not able to contact the hotel from the airport and ended up jumping into a taxi and the driver wasn't...
