"Crumbs in the sheets questionable if they had been cleaned from the last visitor or if the bed made had been made without changing out for clean sheets. Very bright spotlight directly into window all night. "

"Around the sink in the bathroom was dirty. Some of the towels looked like they had blood on them and pee. Breakfast was ok. Muffins where not fresh there where no bagels that was disappointing. Pool and hot tub was amazing other then all the bugs. If there was a skimmer left out i would have cleaned the bugs out myself. Staff was friendly. Wish i could have left my pet in the hotel room vut because she whined i was not able to. If you are a pet friendly hotel why cant you make a floor just for the pets to not disturb the other residents that dont have pets. I was limited as to what i could do because i had to take my pet everywhere with me. Thats why i stayed with your company to have a pet friendly stay. "

"2nd time staying here. 1st time was excellent last year. This 2nd time the room was clean and ok. It just had a bad smell"

"Smoking is allowed throughout the first floor except the restaurants. You can't check in without dealing with the smoke. I wouldn't stay there again unless they change the Smoking policy"
