"Very clean. Very busy - queues for breakfast. I had a little issue with the plumbing in my room, which I think housekeeping should be encouraged to report before customers need to report it. Reasonable value for money for this location. Ideal place for going to a show."

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."

"The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The lifts were broke during the stay so that was a nightmare. The room we were in had no windows which we knew, but it was not nice I hated it. The bed underneath the double bed should not of been called a bed it was rock hard plastic covering for a couch area. There was no stool in the room to sit on to even put makeup on. Ive never stayed in room with no windows and I will not do it again! I felt like an Amazon parcel! 😂. I didn't have the breakfast as we couldn't wait to get out and get fresh air. I would stay again but with a room with a window."

"I believed that the cleaning took too long and had to request that cleaning start after three days. the television was not working properly and would cut off and the screen would go blank during a program. breakfast was excellent with respect to choice and the speed of service. Staff were also very attentive and friendly."

"The room was clean as you’d expect. There was a smell of drains coming from the shower room which was unpleasant. Incredibly poor air con meant the room heated quickly if using the shower or a hair dryer. We resorted to leaving the door open to try to cool it from 25 degrees."
