"Room, staff and breakfast were nice, ice machine was broken, pool was green and had clumps of hair floating in it on the days it wasn’t closed, jacuzzi was closed the entire time. Parking was expensive."

"The rooms are quite decent, good bed and a sorta chaise lounge. LA was hot and the air conditioning worked good but being that the room is about 300sf the air is loud. The management was quite responsive and helpful, there was an internet problem that took a number of days to repair but they reduced my bill which I thought was very decent. If you’re into healthy breakfasts you’ll be disappointed, however cereal, bagels, yogurt, some fruit and a large array of cellophane wrapped pastries are available. It’s really close to Metrolink which I used and the area is both safe and convenient. It’s quite quiet there, and everyone seemed nice…management keeps eyes on the property. I’d stay here again."
