Das Frühstück war außergewohnlich gut und reichhaltig. High Tea und Spa (Massagen) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Aufpassen muss man allerdings bei der Schlussrechnung: Bei uns fanden sich einige Sachen, die wir so nicht gebucht hatten. Dies wurde allerdings nach entsprechender Reklamation berichtigt."

"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were adequate in size and very clean with air conditioning. Staff was incredibly friendly, everywhere you walked you would be greeted with a “Hello” “Good Morning” “How did you sleep?” This place was just fantastic. I don’t want to leave! I heard other people say that same thing too."

Close to Victoria Falls as well as the downtown of Victoria Falls. Close to the Cheetah and Elephant Experience (which is fantastic). "Some of the friendliest staff anywhere, especially Thembi in the dining area, who was so accommodating and caring. We felt like we had the full attention of the staff and they endeavored to make sure our stay was perfect. Due to the location, we ate a few meals at the lodge and they were reasonably priced and very good. Excellent water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds. pool was nice and the place is clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price! "
